Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and in
original packaging
- Returns must be registered via our Return Portal. Unregistered returns will not be
accepted
- Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Fettish
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment
method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs and any applicable handling fees
may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are not guaranteed
- If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued instead
Processing times for exchanges may take up to 14 days from receipt.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact info@fettish.com.au within
a reasonable time, including your order number and clear photographic evidence.
Where a product is deemed faulty, Fettish will comply with obligations under the Australian
Consumer Law, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fettish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of the Website or products purchased.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer
Law.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes
will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
