Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Fettish reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the following circumstances:
• Payment details cannot be verified or are incorrect
• The order appears to be fraudulent or associated with illegal activity
• A pricing, stock, or system error has occurred
If an order is cancelled or refused, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery
times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier. As a small business, dispatch times may occasionally take longer during busy periods, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Fettish is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched. All items are carefully packed to minimise the risk of damage
during transit.

Pricing, GST & Duties
Australia
Prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable. Orders shipped within Australia are not subject to import duties.

International Orders
Prices for international customers are shown exclusive of Australian GST unless otherwise
stated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, Fettish reserves the right to deduct any incurred costs from the refund amount.

Returns & Exchanges
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and in original packaging
• Returns must be registered via our Return Portal. Unregistered returns will not be
accepted
• Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Fettish

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment
method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs and any applicable handling fees may be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges
• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are not guaranteed
• If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued instead
Processing times for exchanges may take up to 14 days from receipt.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact info@fettish.com.au within
a reasonable time, including your order number and clear photographic evidence.
Where a product is deemed faulty, Fettish will comply with obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fettish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products purchased.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
